Ready To Wear Wig Orders
Ready To Wear Wigs That Are Not In Stock Are Available For Preorder. What Is A Preorder? Preorder means the wig is made to order and not immediately available for pick up or shipping. All wigs will come as pictured on our website. If there is a specific style you would like, leave a note or send us a text 8045498389!

Custom Wig Orders
Custom Wigs are preorder only. What Is A Preorder? Preorder means the wig is made to order and not immediately available for pick up or shipping. Please list your measurements to ensure a glueless and snug fit. If you do not provide your measurements we cannot guarantee that your wig will be completely glueless.

Pick Up Orders
Following the processing and production time of your order you will receive a text to set up a time and location to pick up your order. We are located in Colonial Heights VA, we do not go outside of a 10mi radius for pick ups, if that does not work for you please choose shipping at checkout.
Shipping Policy
Following the processing and production time of your order your order will be packed and a tracking number will be created. Once Your package is scanned by USPS or UPS it is out of our control how long shipping takes. Your package will require a signature so please keep that in mind once you receive your tracking #.
Return Policy
All sales are FINAL, we do not accept returns. You can cancel your order however, it has to be done within 48 hours of placing the order.
