Once production and quality checks are complete, your order will follow our shipping or pickup policy for the next steps.

By placing an order with Silk Obsession, you acknowledge and agree to these processing and production timelines. No changes or cancellations can be made AFTER 48 hours of your purchase.

Ready To Wear Wig Orders

Preorders:
Ready-to-wear wigs that are not in stock are available for preorder. A preorder means the wig is made to order and is not immediately available for pickup or shipping. All wigs will come as pictured on our website. We offer minor customizations to our units, including:

  • Changing the part

  • Adding or removing baby hairs

If you would like these adjustments, please add them to your order notes or contact us with your order number after purchase.

Same-Day Shipping:
Ready To Wear Wigs That Are In Stock (Will Be Listed In Description) and placed before 4 PM EST are eligible for same-day shipping. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Custom Wig Orders

Custom wigs are preorder only, meaning they are made to order and not immediately available for pickup or shipping.

Customization Process:

  • After placing your order, you will receive a thank you email with all required customization questions. Please respond promptly to avoid delays.

  • For color services or HD lace upgrades, please add these products to your order at checkout.

Measurements & Fit:

  • To ensure a glueless and snug fit, please provide your head measurements when placing your order.

  • If no measurements are provided, we cannot guarantee that your wig will be completely glueless.

Pick Up Orders

Once your order has completed processing and production, you will receive a text to arrange a pickup time and location.

Pickup Details:

  • We are located in Colonial Heights, VA. Pickup is only available within a 10-mile radius.

  • If you are outside this radius or unable to meet within the designated area, please select shipping at checkout instead.

Shipping Policy

After your order has completed processing and production, it will be carefully packed, and a tracking number will be generated.

  • Once your package is scanned by USPS or UPS, it is out of our control. Shipping times may vary based on the carrier’s schedule.

  • If you experience any delays or issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly (USPS or UPS) with your tracking number.

  • If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Return Policy

All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team immediately.

  • After your order has been delivered, options for resolution may be limited based on the timeframe and nature of the issue. Please report any concerns as soon as possible to ensure we can assist you effectively.
